What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, so please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to move or cancel your appointment.

We operate a 24hr cancellation policy. For appointments with our Strength and Conditioning team, the cancellation notice period is 48hrs.

If you need to change your appointment please contact the booking team at booking@puresportsmed.com.

Any cancellations under the given time frames or non attendance will be charged the full self-paying consultation rate.

When the clinics are closed an answering machine is available to leave messages and we will get back to you asap regarding enquiries, bookings and cancellations.

Reminder text messages and / or emails are sent as a courtesy, however it is your responsibility to ensure that you keep a record of all your future appointments.
