What happens if you cannot bill my health insurance provider directly?

We are covered by all major private health insurers, but, if we cannot bill your insurer directly, then you will need to pay for your appointment and claim the value back.

If your health insurance provider covers treatment at PSM, but we do not have an agreement to bill them directly, then you will need to pay for your appointment and claim back from your insurer. You will just need to ensure you have pre-authorisation for treatment.

We will provide you with an invoice (printed or via email) after you have paid for your appointment, which you can send on to your insurer.
