What happens if I am late to my appointment?

Please try to give us as much notice as possible if you think you may be late to an appointment.

If you think you will be late to your appointment, please call the clinic as soon as you can on 020 7788 7000. If you do not attend on time, our reception team will attempt to call you after 5 minutes. If you are too late, then we will need to reschedule your appointment and you may be liable to pay a cancellation charge. This is treated on a case by case basis.
