If my appointment is covered by insurance, why do I still need to add my credit card details when booking online?

All patients will need to register their credit card details when booking an appointment at PSM (self-funding and insurance).

We register your credit card details to both confirm your appointment and as security against late cancellation charges or any costs not covered by your medical insurer. You will always be contacted before any charges are processed.
