I am a PSM patient and I am having issues registering for online booking.

If you are already registered as a PSM patient and are receiving an error when trying to book online, please follow the below step-by-step guide.

Before you start: As an existing patient you will already have a PSM profile, so it is essential that the details you use when registering for online booking match with this to prevent errors.

If you think your Name | Date of Birth | Email Address | Postcode may have changed since you first registered with us, please email booking@puresportsmed.com or use our chatbot function to check and update these key details before proceeding to book online.

Step 1: To register for online booking and create your account, please click here.

Step 2: You will start on the password re-set page. Here, you will be asked to enter your Email Address | Name | Date of Birth and click submit. An email will be sent to the address you entered.

Step 3: Click on the link in the email. Here, you can set your new password and verify your PSM account.

*Please note, if any of the details you enter differ from your current PSM profile, the an error will occur. If this happens, please email booking@puresportsmed.com or use our chatbot function. Our booking team will check your account settings and resend a password reset.

Step 4: Once the password has been set, you will automatically be taken to the ‘Manage Appointments’ section of your account, this will display all of your future appointments with an option to ‘Manage’.

Step 5: You are now ready to book online! To book your next appointment click ‘Book Online’ in the top right-hand corner of the website and choose your service. Select either face-to-face or remote ‘Telemedicine’ and follow the booking flow.
